As of Fall 2008 Waterbabies is changing to a "LIVE" online registration system. Please read thru the following information which will help make the process easier.

*After adding your student - you need to click on the "enroll" button to put the class request in.

*If you are a member please make a note in your "Family Account".

*Parent Orientation for New Families is Sept. 7, (10-12:30pm) at the First St. Fitness Location in Bellevue.

*To check to see if your child is in a class go into your account then look under "current Schedule" to see which class you are in.

*When requesting your class please choose for the season "no season"* You will now be able to set up a Family Account with a password. In future registrations you will be able to access your account directly and will not have to retype your information in each time.

*For the 1st time you register you will need to set up your account. You will click on a button "REGISTER HERE" from our website (either from the Home Page or the To Register Page above). that will take you to a Customer Portal for IClasspro.com. This is the online registration company that will be processing our registrations. Here you will be asked for your name, email address and to put in a password. Note: Waterbabies does not have knowlege of your password. Then you will go on to set up your contact information, including student name and birthday, etc. After completing you will be able to "LOGIN". This will bring you to a "WELCOME SCREEN" (on some browsers we found that the sccreen is blank except for the icons on the left hand side - you can navigate with them just fine). From here you can edit your account information, add a student, etc. and also by clicking on "CLASSES" you can choose the class you want to register for. Once again in some browsers we found you had to scroll over to the right to see the "REQUEST" button to select the class.

*When signing up the system will ask for your payment information before you can select a class to register for. Please note: this is a secure site that meets the Federal and Merchant requirements for online transactions.

*You will be able to sign all of you children up at the same time from your family account.

*The number of classes will be shown in real time, as classes fill there will be a wait-list option to sign up for.

If your class choices are full, we will be adjusting the schedule to get people into classes. Please put in a wait list request, class request, submit an email to info@waterbabies.net, or give the office a call.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds unless you contact us up to a week prior to classes starting to cancel. No refunds will be issued after that time.

You will receive confirmation of your classes by email. If you have not heard from the Waterbabies office a week after you have registered, please call us to confirm you child's classes. Not receiving confirmation does not constitute a cancellation.

Families that swam in the Spring 2008 or Summer 2008 sessions are eligible for EARLY REGISTRATION - August 22nd @ 7:00am

Open Registration starts - August 25th @ 7:00am
